This time, I am going to disassemble SONY DAT deck
DTC-1000ES.
This is first model as a SONY DAT deck.
It mounts seven of motors including linear BSL motors.
I will try disassembling it by myself. |
 |
 |
First of all, I will put off top panel.
The inside is more simple than DRAGON. |
| There is a panel which is made of iron, I don't know why. |
 |
 |
Next, I will put off under panel.
Reverse side is the same as a DRAGON.
Chassis is mode of alloy of hard aluminum and something. |
| There are many IC chips. |
 |
 |
This is electric circuit with letters of HEATER and DRUM
SERVO and IC chips. |
| These are four of motors. |
 |
 |
It become one with front panel, display and buttons.
It is the central part of DTC-1000ES. |
It is LSI chips.
Most of cables gathered here.
As it were, the brain of DTC-1000ES. |
 |
 |
Next time, I put off a mechanical parts.
It is easy to put off tray which is fixed by only four screws. |
The movement is smooth and cool.
It's a sony technology. |
 |
 |
This head is in excellent condition.
I tried to take a photo of head with tapes, but it is too difficult. |
| This synchro terminal. There is a electric circuit board
only. |
 |
I think that DTC-1000ES is sophisticated.
The inside is like a personal computer.
Disassembling of digital equipment is difficult, isn't it ? |
