Hi, I am Miyauchi of Akihabara Store. This week too I start my report with a topic on cooking. How do you make broth when you cook? I usually make broth from kelp, dried bonito or dried mushroom. When I make broth from dried bonito, I use a mass of dried bonito and plane it. Long time ago, I also used dried small sardines, but the broth made from dried sardines tastes so strong that it likely weakens the taste of ingredients. So, I refrain from using dried small sardines now.
I introduce to you the second model of the Marantz PM-17SA, which was first unveiled in 2002. When I tried listening to music on that model, I got such impression as it was trying to offer sound precisely and elaborately. Conversely therefore, the model may not be fit for listening to airy and impressive jazz sound in 1950's. I recommend it by all means to those customers who would like to listen to recent sound source on recent speakers.
