Hi-Fi Do's Online Newsletter Vol.25

We select unique items in "How much would you pay?" which
are valuable for few people, not for most of people.
Number of current subscriber of Hi-Fi Do newsletter is a little
less than 2500. As we expected the number of offers for
"How much would you pay?" is around three in every week.
Now we are planning to open online shopping mall which handles
such kind of items and we try to provide wide range of
items including almost called junk.

1.Sales result of "How much would you pay to buy SONY TC-PB5?"

This is the first time that we got no offer. The reason
might be that it is not in perfect working condition.


2.How much would you pay to buy "KANKYU OUKOKU"magazines?

As you may know, "KANKYU OUKOKU" is Japanese audio magazine.
Frankly speaking, these magazines are not in good condition.
They might be soaked with water by mistake , therefore all
pages are warped . If you want excellent condition, they
are not recommended. If you just want to read the articles,
there might be no ploblem.
We would like to sell a set of 5 issues(Issue #6,12,13,14,15).

3.Auction result of Stereosound #2

Number of bids : 4
Winning bid : \9,500

The bidding price did not rise same as the first issue of
Stereosound .


4.Auction result of Koetsu Onyx Platinum Phono Cartridge

Number of bids : 4
Winning bid : \127,500

Koetsu brand is still popular for overseas customers.


5.Auction for Hardware

Hi-Fi Do shops will provide auction for hardware.
Each shop managers select the items such as audio equipments
and accessories in their shop for this auction.

Ohosu and Akihabara shops will provide the items for
auction this week.
The items will be shown at Orange box in top page of
Hi-Fi Do website.
You can see the list of the items by clicking the pictures which
are flashing every several seconds in this page.
Select one of the item which you want to place a bid and click it,
then you can get the detailed information for it.
Auction form has not been available yet. If you want to join our
auction, place a bid by e-mail same as before.
You can check the situation of auction by webisite. Automatic bidding
systems is now under preparation. For the time being, it will be
updated manually.
We will set up the secure auction site as major online auction in
the near future.

6. Auction for Software

Editorial department will provide auction for software such as
record, CD, Audio magazine, etc.
The items will be shown at Pink box in tope page of
Hi-Fi Do website.
This week, we will provide CD album of "Hibari Misora" released
by Colomubia record company in August just after she died in June 1989.
The market price was \60,000.
The album title is "Kyouno Wareni Asuwa Katsu".
517 songs are recoreded on a set of 35 compact disks. All of 517 songs
are original songs for single release.
These 517 songs are one-thrid of total 1500 songs recorded by Hibari Misora.
There are several kinds of her album but maximum number of songs
recorded on each album might be around 200.
Hibari Misora was called a queen of Japanese female popular singer and
many kinds of her album were released. This album seemed to be the
limited edtion.
Wooden case for 35 Compact Disks and lyric book bound in purple cloth and
gorgeous photo book are contained.
She played many kinds of part in 157 movies and held solo show for 4
months in every year over 20 years since 1964.
We don't know the reason why the owner sold them, but all CDs are sealed
and glass case seemes to be out of use. Lyric book and Photo book are
clean and kept in good condition. Maybe the owner just opened
carton box and put it into the closet so long time.
We are waiting for bids from fans of Misora Hibari.
