IPPIN Guide the tenth -"Victorola Credenza Arrangement/electric" Chapter of driving mechanism |
I do mainly the left driving part in this IPPIN Guide. |
I do the arrangement type first. |
It is the same photograph as the photograph above. The inside of the arrangement type is copied. Two boxes of the spring adhere. There is a shaft in the space at the center. |
The box of the spring is seen from side. The steering wheel is connected with a black lower right part. Power to turn by the hand is not transmitted directly to the spring but the gear is placed. A strong spring can be turned in the favor by light power. |
It is a part of the speed adjustment. There is a mechanism of the speed indicator on an upper right trapezoid part. |
The knob of the speed adjustment is in a previous back of the arm. |
It is a knob of the speed adjustment. It is a screw, and a mechanism that the arm of L character in the photograph above is pushed by turning. |
The arm is lowered. Then, the distance of a black pad in the next like a disk, metal fittings of the mystery, and the disk changes. And, the speed changes. |
The ball is pulled outside by the centrifugal force as the rotation quickens. Then, a right disk moves to a red arrow. It is a mechanism that this moves the black pad (brake) that a green arrow pierces, and the speed more than constancy is prevented from going up. |
The angle was changed and it saw. There is a thin spring. Considerably, it is complex. |
It is a part of the shaft. The gear under the left is a gear of the spring, and there is a shaft that turns the turntable in the center. In addition, there is a gear for the speed adjustment on the shaft. |
It is an electric inside. A big disk at the center is turned by electricity. The photograph copies the turning state. The harpoon for the speed adjustment(?) at the center turns, and it swings. |
It is a close-in image of the motor(?). Arrangement that this part has paired looks like the spring of the arrangement. |

It is a seal in the back of the top board. The image on the left is written the outline of the motor. It is written "2.00 AMPERES 105 TO 120 VOLTS" in the seal of an upper right image. |

An upper right image is an arrangement type, and the image on the left is electric. The design is slightly different. |

A black equalizer is seen in the cylinder in the left of the image. It seems to adjust the sound physically here. |
It is a close-in image of the seal. The explanation of each part of the motor is written. |
It is a back of the turntable. This photograph is an arrangement type. |
This is an extra. It is animation of the stop action. http://www.hifido.co.jp/merumaga/2f_sale/041212/stop3.gif |
