European Piano Trio boom made Jazz Piano as No.1 genre in Jazz.Keith Jarrett is always keeping the position of top Jazz Pianist as a master .I listened to his latest live album as soon as it was released.It was recorded in Munchen July 2001. Keith Jarrett(p),Gary Peacock(bs)and Jack Dejohnette(ds) made great performance in this album and they might have already reached the peak as piano trio in 2001.

I can feel the tension of this Piano Trio and sweetness at the same time.I was moved by this album.It makes us relaxed and their performance is getting excited gradually.It is wonderful that tyey never lose their freshness. The sound of live record is powerful and rich.Their performance is well- balanced and the beautiful and clear sound in their live can be reproduced.

I am recently interested in Piano Trio. My first selection is Kenny Barron. The first number is swing melody.Drum's brush makes lively and gradually getting excited drawing the smooth curve. Each solo performance is so great. I wanted to listen to it in club, not in large hall. In club, the artists and audience can enjoy identification together.The second number is "Solar" by Miles Davis.It is up-tempo music.Their harmony is excellent.

I have watched DVD of Clint Eastwood before. I still remember one scene that old Eastwood played the piano at the bar."Blue Moon" was suited to this scene.Paino performance by Kenny Barron will make you relaxed.
