This JBL 4438 is an existing model released at the same time as 4348, 4438, etc. This item came in our store for the first time. Naturally this item is pretty rare in the secondhand market since this is still an existing model now. With the Kevlar corn which strengthens the vibration board by mixing Kevlar fiber and the woofer with less distortion, the tone is wide in range and much clearer than conventional speakers of JBL. It sounds modern as I thought. |

When I first listened I felt the sound is refreshing and beautiful. However it is still JBL, the speaker produces sounds, which have a solid core, good in solid mid-region and up to the end of low-region. It is good enough for fusion-like Jazz, pops and vocal music.
