Hello, this is Tsutsumi from Nihonbashi Store. I am very glad that Hi Fi Do Nihonbashi Store has expanded the sales floor to the second floor this time. We will display as many large-scale speakers as we can more than ever, so please come and see our 2nd floor.
First of all, an eye-catcher on the 2nd floor at Nihonbashi Store is JBL D31050 made in 1954. It is quite huge. It's very interesting to know that it consists of 1 horn and double woofers. Two front-loading 130B have been installed on early-175DLH. It produces Jim Lansing-like unique reverb sound of 50's.
And, here is VITAVOX CN191 the original item. Boards are added up on both sides as loading on woofer though, it should be good as well without those boards. It expresses the image of instruments clearly though, it means neither hard nor flat. Instead it sounds pretty deep.
Here is beside the stairsteps to go up to the 2nd floor. There we put JBL Enclosure 4530. This is back loading type speaker of 15inc. This is also quite huge.
You can see ALTEC A7 near the entrance on the first floor. I think the enclosure is made in Japan, and it sounds better than I expected. Maybe ALTEC A7 have fitted in the box? It sounds quite good actually. This is a good bargain for \298,000.
This A7 looks pretty small among huge speakers we display. If you haven't seen our 2nd floor yet, please come here to see how it looks like.
