My Audio and Jazz History "Infinity IRS-Omega" Kenji Kondo Since Infinity IRS-Omega was put on the showroom of the audio shop which I always go, I was allowed to try listening anew this time. It is because a maker's audition meeting was held the front at this shop for about four years those days by which IRS-Omega was put on the market. The low-range became tight well, and beautiful loud sound remain in memory as an impression. Although I found the feature generally, I was allowed to try listening slowly anew. The trapezoid enclosure which made front baffle last-minute size and shut the backside to 30cm woofer is rather stylish. This is not only a design but to raise the intensity of a Box. And this curve has also produced a spread of sound and nature. |

Such a skill of sound by the device of enclosure or a unit, it probably acquired popularity mainly by the United States. The quality of sound according to the quality of the amplifier is coming out. . Although I heard "wood" of Ray Brown of jazz , As for the low-range of the fresh clear base, the forcibleness of an attack and the abundance of sound come out. the both of them is not dark or not heavy, but light and dry brightly sound. This is good. |

The piano and a base duet of Jazz. The harmony of the low-range of a wood base is made to hear it beautifully especially.
