Launched in 1965, it is an amplifier with an interesting history of being designed by WE and manufactured by McIntosh. The output transformer and input transformer are of course made by McIntosh. Nonetheless, the sound quality is dry sound as a whole, and it is an amplifier finished in a sound typical of WE, where you can feel the thickness and energy of the sound in the middle range firmly, especially in the mid-range.
