The Lux tubular premium FM/AM tuner WZ-30 was developed with the aim of being the ultimate FM stereo tuner. With the warm and thick sound quality typical of a tube ball, you can enjoy broadcasting in a relaxed atmosphere. The STEREO lamp is always on while FM is selected, but this is a specification. Due to the structure of the switch, switching noise is generated between AM/FM. Also, if the radio waves weaken during stereo reception on FM, the relay switches to mono and no sound is produced. Mono broadcasts can be received as is. There are small scratches and dullness appropriate to the model year (Murakoshi Yoichi)
Maintenance information: 2026.2.5 maintenance completed (FM circuit reband changed, 100 μF and 4 other electrolytic capacitors replaced, 1 vacuum tube 6 AU6 and 12 AU7 replaced, styrol capacitor 2000 pF added, tuning meter rework procedure. Replace the AM circuit and 3 0.1 μF oil capacitors. Replace 2 common front lamps and readjust F/RF/MPX
