The power turns on (*power cord is missing), but the rotation is a little fast. (33 rotations are almost OK; at 45 rotations, the strobe flows slightly). Arm sound is OK. There is plating peeling at the joint with the shell. The power supply has been replaced with a 3-pin inlet. I will sell it as junk without checking anything else.
