Updated to the latest firmware. DDS can be used. I would definitely recommend the Diretta network bridge to those looking for more direct sound than USB and want to use i2S. Practical I2S LVDS output can be obtained up to PCM768kHz/DSD1024 with LAN transmission. It can be used with current Chinese DACs, etc. with I2S terminals (please check the pin assignments yourself. See the Diretta.link support page for details. (Please note that not all I2S are supported) Those using Roon can use Diretta transmission with Windows or GentooPlayer as the host, and FIDATA/SoundGenic for NAS.
