Maintained in 2022! A tube mono amplifier sold by WE for recording studios and radio stations. It is an amplifier with an interesting history of being released in 1965, designed by WE, and manufactured by McIntosh. The output transformers and input transformers are of course manufactured by McIntosh. Nonetheless, the sound quality is dry sound overall, and the amplifier is finished with a WE-like sound, where you can clearly feel the thickness and energy of the sound in the middle range. There are scratches, scuffs, and paint peeling in places (Sasaki Shota) Maintenance information: 2022.7.1 maintained (6 block capacitors, 6 diodes, 19 resistors, 6 oil capacitors (B.C), 12 vacuum tubes, 12 BH7, electrolytic capacitor replacement SP cord ASSY2, additional RCA pin jack tampering repair output check (rated AC 100 to 117 V, output 26 to 34 W confirmed with SP terminal 8 Ω) * Disassembly and repair was carried out as a countermeasure against switching noise for the attenuator, (There are times when it comes up due to structural issues) Accessories: none Main specifications: mono power amplifier 7591 push pull output 25W vacuum tube 7591 x 2, 12BH7, 12AX7, 6AV6 W430 x H145 x D250 mm 14.8 kg/unit (actual measurement)
