The power is turned on, but the XTAL does not lock (manual rotation is OK), but there is a rattling noise due to the arm's auto function not working. The strobe lamp is not on. One of the cabinet legs is damaged. Dust cover hinge damaged on one side. I will sell it as junk without checking anything else.
