Recently, Mr. Kondo in Kyoto has let me know about an event in Kyoto.
From upcoming Friday, December 9 through Sunday, December 18, with beauties of nature in Kyoto, Saga and Arashi-yama in early winter and with bamboo woods, historic cultural monuments and scenery, "Street with Arranged Flowers and Lighting Up 2005 in Arashi-yama, Kyoto" full of Kyoto features will be held. The event will let you enjoy the scenery that is lighted up in harmony with early winter season, and the street decorated with arranged flowers.

1. "MJ" Special edition 'Monitor Speaker in the Future'
324 pages, B4 size, published on January 10, 1980
Regular price: 2,000 yen
It is a special edition of "MJ (Audio Technology)"magazine featuring the monitor speaker. It contains articles on how to make a monitor speaker as well as on tryout listening and measurement of monitor speakers. As is usual in "MJ", it is full of graphs and measured data. It also includes detailed description on networks, such as thorough guidance of know-how on LC networks, tables of specs of each network, and categories and outer measurements of capacitors and coils.
Since it is an old book, the front and back covers have a little damage, and also the scribbles on last page.

2. YAMAHA Anchor Block YAB-1 for the GT-2000
Finally, a sought-after anchor block YAB-1 will go up for auction. Unfortunately, there are two places on the bottom without felt and as a result the bottom is not flat. However, parts for repairing are not available and the product will be sold as it is. Though not shown on the photo, it is attached with four hexagon head bolts to hold it on the main body.
